If you are new to Edmonton Public Schools, you will need to complete our district enrolment form.

Students wishing to register in grade seven for the 2008 - 2009 school year must complete the T. D. Baker School Commitment to Success for grade 7.

Students wishing to register in grade eight for the 2008 - 2009 school year must complete the T. D. Baker School Commitment to Success for grade 8.

Students wishing to register in grade nine for the 2008 - 2009 school year must complete the T. D. Baker School Commitment to Success for grade 9.

Please return all documentation to the school as soon as possible.
